Quick way to add the circle that went around the part is to add the edge curve like you did but just one small curve is enough. Then analyze entity properties and set arc angle properties from 0 to 360 degrees the just use the divide function to break the arc and your left with nice clean wireframe. First time doing it this way may seem like the longer way but try it a few times and it becomes almost second nature. Have a great day!!

TOO MUCH TIME WASTED ON THE MILL....I would turn most of it on the lathe, including the center bore and the boss...then just open pocket milling and drilling. but thanx for the dynamic tool path lessons :)
