That fillet that is "not shown clearly" is actually visibly smaller than the 10mm you chose and the number 6 is actually discernible... when applied at 6mm, the fillet matches the drawing.

Why aren't you using hole feature which can make a threaded hole in one feature. instead of creating a hole and then using threaded feature.
