MILK!!! Gotta have milk, for crying out loud. Ice cream, yogurt, glass of milk... This poor man just needed some dairy. Something like the lactose neutralizes the capsaicin. It's science, trust me. Milk is the answer.

Almost, it is the fatty/oily content that helps. Best is olive oil and let it go round in your mouth

Bread guys is all you need. The bread soaks up the oils left on the tongue from the spices. That lemon he used only tones it down a little bit. As far as milk and oil those are my next options after bread. Sugar also helps too.

B/C golf is a sport that one either loves or hates and those that know little about the sport probably were part of the latter that found it to be boring. Most commentators/producers went to school to study communtications with a focus on broadcasting/producing some sort of media. Media has many different applications and they just happened to land a job that broadcasts golf programming. Jim Nance for instance does golf and football.
