Great tip about the wiring. The shield may keep the unit clean, but it's likely to decrease cooling from airflow over the heat sinks. Have you done much run testing? I think I'd be sure overtemp protection is enabled until I was confident I wouldn't overheat with the protection turned off.

The air flow is free to pass between the shield and Vista, because there are cooling fins that do not allow the shield to fit tightly.

@@xoxol-fpv No air will go through there unless you force it. You need the heat to be able to radiate away from the surface. It’ll heat up and shutdown before melting the TPU though which is a good thing.
