Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, released in Japan as Cadillacs Kyouryuu Shinseiki (キャディラックス 恐竜新世紀) is a 1993 arcade game by Capcom. It is a side-scrolling beat 'em up based on the comic book series Xenozoic Tales. The game was produced as a tie-in to the short-lived Cadillacs and Dinosaurs animated series which was aired during the same year the game was released.

Also when I was a kid, I’d have this notepad while on holiday, and I’d draw health bars and imagine boss fights, hard to believe I did it and enjoyed it but I did, this game started that off for me. Just a cool concept having multiple coloured health bars

Used to play it as a kid abroad in I believe Turkey or someplace in the 90s and early 00s, I think the place we stayed at was antalya? There was this game there, and also that classic top down arcade shooter that was like a kill or be killed tv show, forget the name. Played this a ton, but the guy that turns into a reptile in the burning village, and the guy that teleports around really made it hard to beat
