Please i installed cadworx plant 2019 everything are working except Cadworx Equipment, whenever i double click on Cadworx Equipment icon it loads with Error [CADWorx SPLM Error 7502] Could not read data from SPLM (SmartPlant License Manager) server. If SPLM licensing is available, configure SPLM on this computer to connect to the SPLM server and then re-start CADWorx. Install and setup SPLM before CADWorx can use a SPLM based license. please i need your help, thanks

We just had that problem the other day on CADWorx P&ID. Hexagon went to a new license manager call Intergraph Smart License Manager, so that might be some of the problem. I had uninstall the plant pro making sure the folders where gone to and reinstall. Beside that I do not know what to tell you to do. You would have to get in contact with Hexagon help desk.
