You know, Baus seeing himself as a top LEC top laner if they were in LEC wouldn't be a total lie imo. He is mechanically a beast of a player and knows the fundamentals like wave states, reset timers ect. Probably better than some pro players. The big problem he has that would hold him back is having strategies and plays that would allow him to play the game in case he does get focussed and countered. But with a coach and a team that plays around his playstyle that is very much achievable.

Nemesis is a top 2 mid, Crownie and Rekkles are a top 3 bot lane and Velja was rank 1 EUW, and could probably compete in the LEC. Replace Baus with any middle of the pack LEC toplaner and nobody would doubt that this was a top tier LEC team, and we've seen that he can at least compete with Adam (hard gap him really, but it was a streamer tournament so eh)

So the reason league was SO popular in the west in its early days was THESE kinds of personalities. Sneaky, aphro, double, meteos. They were all skilled and entertaining. They didnt have much filter but that just made them more likeable and relatable to fans. Personality honestly comes before skill in the west, which is wierd to say. But if Baus is allowed to play his style while also improving at a pro level? He could be the next DL or Wunder. Maybe not accolade-wise, but an extremely skilled player with an even bigger personality to match. ❤ Baus definitely is the focal point of this team to fans atm. I dont think hes the best player on the team. But that doesnt matter because theyre incredibly skilled and super likeable as a group. EU OG dignitas, if they make it to LEC in 2 years or so (i actually do expect them to potentially get a spot depending both on the viewership they can bring in, sponsors, merchandising, and if they win their league)

Really though, many of us would love to see them succeed. Get a tool that makes you more efficient, hell get one made for you that is basic... there is so much you can automate once you have that in place. Then if they succeed and do well at NLC they have a chance to join EMEA Masters, which is like the second highest level european league, just below LEC.
