Okay.. so little update here as they come in. I made a withdraw request on 1/17in the video and received an email on 1/21 that it's processing. I'll update when I get those funds. For people still struggling to withdraw or access funds you're probably not meeting the requirement to make an initial deposit. Sidenote.. Bets must be greater than -300 to count towards the wagering requirement. i.e. a bet at -250 will count, but a bet at -400 will not. So if you love to pick big-time favorites - make sure it's still -300 or greater. Live wagering during the game and games with big favorites can often have prices lower than -300, which do not count towards unlocking your Bonus Cash.

All of these questions are answered in the FAQ section of the app. That being said all Bonus money must be bet thru at least once and the wagers must settle, in other words you can’t bet it on the Super Bowl or some future event or it won’t count. Also you HAVE to make at least one real deposit. Hope this helps everyone.

If you deposit $3000 and then you have $3300 in bonus balance, and you bet $3300 and lose, the other $3000 will be "withdrawable" and you'll be in the same place you were pre-bet? So at least you wouldn't lose what you started with ($3000). Is that correct?

Deposit $20 of your own. Place a $20 bet on whatever. Go back to withdraw you should see a little message saying remove all bonuses. Click on that the page should then refresh go back to withdraw & you should have the option to cash out in your preference

You have to deposit before you can withdrawal anything, just put in the minimum and then use it on a bet or something to be safe in case it makes you risk your own cash too snd then just instantly cash out the rest
