영상 잘 봤어요~^^ 한가지 도움드리고 싶어 댓글 적어요 아몬드크림이 분리현상이 굉장히 심한편이네요 버터를 실온에 미리 꺼내두어 말랑말랑한 상태에서 하거나 휘핑할때 중탕을 해서 휘핑하시면 도움 되실껍니다 버터가 크림화가 된 상태에서 설탕도 넣고 하세요~ 분리현상이 일어나면 식감이 굉장히 좋지가 않습니다 입에서 버터가 겉돌아요ㅠ 그리고 시트양을 보니 핸드믹서로 하기엔 양이 좀 많아요 지금 당장은 괜찮겠지만 손에 무리인것도 무리지만 맛에도 영향을 끼칩니다 소형믹서기 하나 구입하는걸 추천드립니다
