Two question: 1) can someone please explain what she meant by the soup being hot and cool. 2) does gimbap always have spam or is it sometimes made with seafood?

Suggestion:Tuna in can on every 100 grams u put 10 grams of mayonnaise on it then mix then sushi rice 280g put it Nori and spread all over just leave around 8inches on top then put lettuce on the center then put your tuna on the lettuce then a sliced cucumber,crab stick,and fried egg then roll it over.You can also replace tuna with shrimp but make sure that it’s half cooked and washed with a 500cc of water with 50cc of vinegar before using it.

Hello. It is pickled radish, Daikon. You can make it yourself if you can't buy from an Asian store or order it online. You could try pickled pumpkin or sweet pickled cucumbers without the skin. If you can get a mild radish you can pickle it yourself. If you tried it, tell us how it went:)
