Thank you for the video. I am wondering why you always cut the tips off the green beans? I know that sometimes they get a little damaged and do not look appealing, but they look good and you cut them off anyway. Why waste them? Thank you again.

Of course, some people may cut off the ends depending on their taste, but that's not the case with this one. Cutting off the ends allows the heat to be distributed evenly to the inside during cooking and also prevents the French beans from expanding and bursting 😀

Why do you "cut" your husbands meat for him? Interesting here in the States that would never happen, unless your a small child & haven't learned to use the knife yet.

I cut up all the meat for both of us. I'm surprised that's a problem in your eyes. We are not a culture that uses knives, but a culture that eats with chopsticks. When you go to a restaurant in Japan, you will see tonkatsu (pork cutlet) and other types of meat served cut up. Fairly for both adults and children!
