I love taking dogs out in the rain. Dogs seem to love it once they are out. Also most dick dog owners arent out in the rain so only serious dog owners seem to be out in it. I didn't like small dogs growing up. More recently I have grown to love them. As long as people actually treat them like a dog then they are awesome.
