My all time favorite lure for Largemouth. Rigged on a 1/16oz weighted 3/0 hook around pads and weed beds is killer!

Siren caffeine Shad is one of my favorite colors to put on my Alabama rig

Dude I cannot tell you how many keeper bass I've caught on a caffeine shad, I use them 4 different ways. Drop shot, donkey rig, carolina rig, and my personal favorite with an owner CPS spring medium size, in the nose with a drop shot or neko hook of some kind, weightless or with a nail weight In the back. I throw it on a 10 pound invisx leader on a spinning rod and dude that's a killer way to get bit. The donkey rig is killer on schooling fish here on Smith mountain lake in late summer through fall and even winter time sometimes depending on water temps. You can make them hop out of the water just like a real shad does. I love em. I gotta get some of them siren color for some ol bbig head loach smallies here. We ain't got alot but they get big here.
