雨模様の朝ですが、cafictさんの動画で今日も楽しく過ごせそうです。ギターのスチール弦とストリングスのピチカートの音、軽やかで本当に良いです。 パンと鯖、合いますね。私の近くでは『鯖のへしこの浅漬け』というものがあり、チーズとパンに意外に合いますよ。我が家もようやく『ホームベーカリー』が到着し、楽しい特訓が続いています。また、ゆるめの『コーヒーゼリー』をアイスオレと合わせ美味しくいただいています。娘から素敵なタンブラーが父の日のプレゼントだったらと妄想しています。

おはようございます😃 夜勤明けで某カフェ☕️でモーニングを摂ってました🤤 コーヒー☕️ブラックで飲めるようになりました〜😂ﾊﾞﾝｻﾞｰｲ！ アスパラガス、ダイナミックですね😳タサン志麻さんの料理が好きなんですが、アスパラガスの下処理の仕方、似てました😊志麻さんの場合は、4〜5本まとめてペティナイフで下の部分は切ってました😊 (殆どの料理をペティナイフで調理されるのですけど) 豆腐を使ったサンドイッチ🥪 バンズを豆腐にしたらカロリー控えめに出来るかな？と動画を見てふと考えました😮(もちろん豆腐は水分を取って焼きますけどね😅) マリネとかすごく参考になりました😊私は医師から葉物野菜を摂るよう言われてるんですが、マリネとかにしたら生より沢山食べれるかな？ってちょっと思いました。 ガレットは、千切り用のキッチン道具があると思うので、それを使えば楽になると思いますよ😊 タサン志麻さんが、テレビ📺でさつまいも🍠のガレットを作ってましたが、千切り用のすり器でやってましたバター🧈と砂糖を先にフライパン🍳に入れその上に千切りしたさつまいもを入れてました(アク抜き済み) 更にその上にバター🧈と砂糖を入れてそれからひっくり返して両面きつね色になったら出来上がりって感じでした😊 私も頑張って苦手な野菜摂って克服して健康な体を取り戻したいと思います コーヒーを使ったデザートって、ゼリーとかプリン🍮とかパフェとかだけしか思い浮かばないんですが、他に何かオススメのがあったら教えて下さい🙇‍♀️

I baked the eggplants in the oven at 220°C for about 20 minutes, but it would have been easier to fry them in a pan. I think you should fry them until they are soft. Thank you.

Exemplary. There are some people that you can look at them and tell that their lives have been full of love and it is not an act, performance or hype...it is just in your nature Cafict without even trying to exhibit love and peace. This had to have been cultivated by your parents Cafict when you were a child because it is in your nature without trying. And more beautiful it is all that your daughters have known all of their lives thus far coming from you and your husband and their grandparents. Family and traditional values (the passing on of the love, peace and other gifts we received from our parents...including moments, meals together prepared with love, etc.) are so very important to the survival of a people or demographic. No one really has a leg to stand on that criticizes this result of so many generations of lessons and values. And for those who did not have parents who understood how to cultivate in this type of way it can still come from God in His 2 Holy Books even at a later age in life...that love and peace can be cultivated in each of us who are seeking it from God. It is not too late to get that from Him (God) and the beautiful lessons handed down by His Holy Prophets.
