We did the retreat in 2017, and honestly, it changed our lives. We are so thankful for your beautiful community and what we have and continue to learn from y’all. So much love to you from Australia ❤

i’m introverted at heart but very social and outgoing on my best days lol but those days are very rare and not so common. i want to be more open and friendly and pray against all the social anxiety and insecurity i feel. i’m currently in a fast and to be completely honest it’s for a lot of breakthrough in my life over mental/demonic torment. i have demonized myself which is not the Lord and fully the enemy but also my mind partnering with the enemy in condemnation and i want to shift the focus back to just Jesus cause that’s where the healing comes from

I love these podcasts. Every sway in conversation finds echos in me. I long for true community, this place of living and loving with grace and kindness and truth. Where Jesus and his heart is centre. Its hard to find in the longgrass of religion but it is so worth the search. Thankyou for sharing, it gives me hope.

I love this conversation and I love your childlike wonder in growing and maturing. Prov. 4:23 is a gateway verse to living a real deal humble life of growth and connection with God and myself so that I can connect with others. I keep learning that connection with God 1st brings a genuine connection internally so that I can connect externally with others. You are living stones and helping others to awaken as living stones for the beauty of God's people to manifest his glory all over the earth. Thank you for this conversation and thank you for being the words that you speak. This is powerful and delightful too!

Oh, how I wish your school had been available 50 years ago. I am 78 and your words, your culture is what I've longed for but haven't had words for. It's never too late to begin this process. He led me here now, so I believe He will lead me on. Thank you. I am drinking deeply from the well He's given you.

It 's kinda mind blowing to say that Jonathan Healer is introvert, because that's not the way we know him on stage.

I love this unstructured, fly-on-the-wall style video. It has absolutely spoken to my heart big time! Thank you all for this podcast 💗 Edit: Oh man, the part at the end about the conversation with a former student is exactly what I needed 🙌

I loved this. I looked up the retreats and was sad to see that if one is over 48 yrs old, there is no opportunity. I am 53 yrs old, live in SLC, am in the throws of ministry, and have very few options for rest and retreat.

I’m grateful for once for leaders I look up to, to recognise that we just don’t have one personality type or one experience in family/community growing up. People at church have found me so strange that they’ve judged me more than embraced me yet I always tried my best to stretch my limits though I am an introvert and have gone through years of neglect, abuse, with family issues, autism, ADD, health issues...trauma...I’ve been waiting for this...I wish leaders could see me through the Lord’s eyes and see how hard I have tried to stretch myself, to do my best though I am terrified to be known, touched, loved, be in family. I have tried. Thank you.

this was such a great message! I have desired to be this still soul kind of person. For the last two years lord has been encouraging me to slow down. Trying to do so with little children, as a mother wondering what would you say to parents to help them train up their children in this mindset 💞❤️

I guess the 18 inch journey sounds better than the 45.72 centimetre journey. Pre metric but it works. Great podcast. Loved Chris’ piece in particular about men adapting to community and opening up. Long live the Cageless Birds.
