Yep! She was my first choice from the get go. They did absolutely fumble casting these two roles (and I love Bella... just the wrong person for that role). Cailee was the perfect Ellie and Joel should have gone to Karl Urban (check out Almost Human for a more modern role if all you know of Karl is his role in the Lords of The Ring). Pedro annoyed me as Joel... way too soft.
