Follow up request; Mr. Cherry filed a lawsuit against Miss Martin for loss wages and punitive damages & the Judge granted Mr. Cherry's claim but not all of it, the Judge granted Mr. Cherry 2/3 of loss wages & 1/2 of punitive damages. Also all of Miss Martin's former students' parents all filed a lawsuit against Miss Martin for Emotional Distress and the Judge granted the full claim.
