might be legal, still extremely immoral, not just for the age thing but because of him being married, and him being her doctor. (though, if it were my teen he gotten pregnant, I would never wanna see the father of my grandchild to be getting beaten up, he would be part of the family no matter I liked it or not, and with time we'd learn to love eachother as family).

It is not legal. You cab have sex at 16 but it's illegal if they are older like a massive age gap.

It's illegal in this case as he is a doctor and doctors along with teachers are seen as persons of trust in the eyes of the law, so therefore cannot date patients under the age of 18.
