It depends on your team comp and ennemy mid. If your against a galio kassadin vlad yeah, and if ur team is full ap, then kat ad is good even if the r dmg is nerfed. But otherwise you go either conq nash or elec lich. If they have 3+ tanks/bruiser you can go conq nash into liandrys second.
