Replica of King Tut's tomb (Pharaoh Tutankhamun's real tomb is locacated in the Valley of the Kings, Luxor) and treasures (originals located in the Egyptian Museum, Cairo). It was fun to see everything in one place (though I saw the real tomb, mummy and treasures in 2018).
Of course, there was also a busy shopping area and small museum of the founder, Dr. Hassan Ragab.
