@@mostafazedan624yep, it addresses the “nice guy” trope. a lot of men think women owe them attraction when they’re “nice” to them, but the thing is, they only act nice cuz they expect sth back, which defies the whole purpose of being nice, which makes the cat no different from the hyena’s, they may look different on the outside (as in they treat women differently from straight up rapists and SAers) but on the inside they want the same thing. so this whole thing about the cat saving the woman from the hyenas, even tho we gen thought it was trying to make sure she’s safe, turns out it, too, wanted the same thing as the hyenas.
