Hello ma'am! My elective is exempt.. I got 66 marks in it.. I'm appearing for grp 2.. I recently started studying due to unavoidable circumstances.. And i messed up.. I was just randomly studying I scored 49 in IDT in last attempt by studying selective topics.. I'm kind of comfortable with IDT and can complete it in 3 days maximum.. Coming to DT.. I gave a reading to the concepts of PGBP, TDS, MAT, TRUST, TRANSFER PRICING, NR tax.. I didn't solve questions neither i mugged up things.. I just gave a reading from ICAI and took basic understanding.. SCMPE : I didn't touch it yet.. I know the concepts of ch 2, 3 but not perfectly.. When I'm studying DT.. I'm worried about scmpe and vice versa.. I need 45 marks in each subject.. And i know i have very less time.. But I'm all ready to give everything for these 20 days.. Please suggest me how do I proceed? If it's practically not possible to clear let me know it on my face ! I can't change the past but definitely can work for future.. BUT How ? I'm really expecting a reply.. Please help

SCMPE Strategy - ABC analysis of Atul Agarwal - Be thorough with A category - B category just study theory and do only important problems Direct tax strategy - Do these chapters of international taxation perfectly - 1. NR TAXATION, 2. Transfer pricing, 3. EQUALISATION LEVY, 4. DOUBLE TAXATION - For Direct Tax Important chapters 1. PGBP 2. CAPITAL GAINS 3. DEDUCTIONS 4. TDS TCS AND ADVANCE TAX 5. CHARITABLE, TRUST AND POLITICAL PARTIES 6. ASSESSMENT 7. OFFENCES AND PENALTIES Indirect taxation strategy 1. Go through ABC analysis of Atul Agarwal and do only A & B category. Follow this strategy. It will take max 20 days to complete.

Yes u may try for exemption in Law Paper... Firstly cover smaller chapters ch 9 10 11 12 13 then go for ch 4 5 6 7 then ch 1 2 3 or eco laws Practice past years but focus on areas/sections which have been not asked previously by ICAI

Firstly focus on class 12th Boards CUET ye sab Boards k baad k gaap mein start for CA Foundation U'll get enough time to prepare! Or agar colg nhi jana toh phir 12th k sath CA ka kuch kuch thoda thoda padhna/research shuru karna

sirf revision videos dekh kar aur notes ko acche se samajh kar atul agrawal sir ka qb solve ho jaata hai.... I mean practical questions jo hote hai bade bade questions kya woh self study se solve ho jaate hai.... Ya phir kisi faculty ki full batch karni hi hogi scmpe ki....
