I wanted her on the Olympic team, but now I'm not so sure. She's barely had a break since the NCAA tournament and the start of the season. Having a month to rest up and practice with her teammates might be beneficial. And why play for coach Reeve, who hates her?

You bring up a good point. No breaks are usually when injuries happen. Yes, it would be great to see her on the roster, but, maybe a break is not a bad idea. She is, after all, really young, which means she has the energy to keep pushing through games. But resting for a few doesn’t seem like a bad idea.
