Christie Sides is a total air head that has been outsmarted and outcoached in every game by better and more experienced coaches. Yes Caitlin does play basketball in a way that is considered unorthodox. But different doesn't mean it is wrong or incorrect. No they don’t! Clark has terrible fundamentals. If you’ve been practicing shooting 3’s your whole life then it becomes easy. CC needs to stop dancing after making 3’s. She needs to learn how stop step over screens. She also needs to stop taking her eyes off of her teammates on offense. Sides is just what CC needs. Someone to be honest with her and not an enabler. Think about it, if they fire Sides, the next coach will be too scared to say anything to CC and her game will NEVER really evolve. Trust Sides and trust the process. Have patience Danielson!!! This is going to go down in history as one of the most fantastic stories ever. From what I've heard, nobody knows, FOR SURE, what is going on between CC and CS. But logically, I sit here and think: top scorer, men's and women's, in college basketball history. She’s a rookie, let her adjust to it….she will get it and suddenly start taking over the team, she needs to average 6.5 to 7.5 assists per game to go with her 25 ppg. You have a “Cash Cow”, but not sure of how to use it. She’s a multi millionaire, but a real athlete, use it and all her to lead, so she can set up other players. Boston needs to catch the balls and get stronger as she goes to the hoop

the coaches timing for substituting, time outs are suspect. Her reaction to opponents going on a run and not stopping the momentum. You rest players but you also know quickly that you've lost the momentum, getting your scorers back out there

Yeah ,this seems strange the way she substitutes, they get something going as a team and Sides starts substituting. Put your 5 starters on the floor , let them get familiar with each other and learn each other's moves. Caitlin has said they don't even have practices, that their shoots around are their practices, if Coach Sides don't give them time together ,how are they ever going to learn .

I can tell by the comments that most people don’t know Jack about b-ball. Stop blaming the coach it’s CC who needs to work on her fundamentals. Basketball is more than grabbing the ball and shooting if you’ve practiced that your whole life then it’s easy. She MUST stop dancing after every 3. She needs to work on stepping over screens. Close your eyes imagine a small child picking up a round ball for the first time and flinging it towards a round hoop and it going in and the smile that comes onto that child’s face. That child starts to grow and now the ball is a lot bigger and it bounces and comes back to their hand after many hours of practice. Making it into the now higher basket after many more hours of practice becomes a lot more common. A lot more practice being playing into the night with the garage light on. More hours throwing the ball into the wall of the garage now starting to resemble passing with all the different spins and watching how the ball bounces. Mashing the ball into the driveway until it now resembles dribbling with either hand. Starting to play with anyone that smiles like you do when the ball bounces. Hour after hour by people watching but when you are the one only minutes in time. Shot after shot when playing with or against anyone or even no one. Damn your pretty good that people say but not you. Everyone wants you on their team but you stay neighborhood, city, state. Everywhere you go the team wins! Now open your eyes and see it’s a little white girl, not by choice but by birth that loves the game. The WNBA needs to realize they are a fraternity of players like the NBA. The NBA do what they do but realize after the game that only so many make it and they respect that even on days while on the court they must respect each other for they made it to the Pro’s. WNBA stop the hate or is it really jealousy. This person that loves the game scored more points than any man or woman in college basketball with 1 year of eligibility left! Play her hard, play her honest but she has put in the time just as much as you or probably more. Coach sides don’t kiss her ass but direct it, help it for the teams and players sake. Larry wasn’t accepted out the gate but he sure earned it and so can CC.

This is the same coach who coached the #1 pick last year which was Boston. She coached the ROTY which was Boston. Boston was able to play her game with this coach so why can’t cc.
