Union has two half-back positions: Scrum-Half and Fly-half. The comparison lies with Union's 'Scrum' and NFL's 'Scrimmage'. The role of the Scrum-half is very much the same as the QB's roll in regards to the 'hike'. In the video watch?v=Uys2F1s8sBw?t=13s you'll see the Scrum-half go for the ball and throw it to the fly-half. These two also command the team in tactical play throughout the game, like the QB.
