Livin' it up is a Japanese comeback from 2018. One of a Kind is a constant summer go-to album. I love driving to it, it's another driving album like "Rush Hour" but different times of day. OOAK is a daytime driving album and Rush Hour is a night drive album. THE PACKAGING FOR THIS ALBUM?! chef's kiss. Aesthetically this was my favorite album to unbox, I love the dice and the theme it was just perfection. I think Gambler is still my favorite on the album, but I really like every single track on this album - I will say though that I just prefer the Japanese version of Livin' it up more. You're going to have so much fun.

I.M and Joohoney usually add titles of their solo stuff into lyrics, like in 6:23 when I.M says "cus I'm happy to die" . In his album Duality he has a song called HAPPY TO DIE. I think addicted and gambler are definitely the high point from this album but it kind surprises me that it was highly requested since in my opinion it is more on the weaker side of albums from them (impeccable tho since it's monsta x). Chang is such a menace...But yeah, I have recently come to the conclusion that Fatal Love is my favorite full album of theirs I think? I love We Are Here Take 2 it's just my vibe, and I love The Clan 2.5: Beautiful bc it was their first full album and I mean it's phenomenal and is so nostalgic to me, but FATAL LOVE...The maturity it has. But I feel like all of MX work just builds upon itself and that's why they get better each release. Like imagine them dropping another full album? Whew, I'm sure that would be everybody's new fave.

a curiosity: the song "heaven" was made by Jooheon and he said that it was based on bossa nova (the rhythm really reminds) which is a Brazilian rhythm, so actually I.M speaks in Portuguese and not in Spanish in the song

My first korean artist concert was Beenzino, which was amazing and I got to meet him. The. My first Kpop concert was BigBang for their MADE era. I’m also seeing MX this year which is fun but I really wish I can see Mamamoo and I wished I could’ve seen 2ne1 but when I was in late highschool or first year in college they were doing a mostly Asian tour and I thought I would have the opportunity but soon after they went on a hiatus and then ultimately stopped promoting as a group, I was so sad!
