As soon as I get medication I take a Sharpie and write it on the box or bottle in big numbers. That way I can always see at a glance if something has expired rather than going hunting or squinting for the date. 🙂

I loved your perspective on organization. I tend to always focus on having designated spaces for things, but I have to learn to let go when there isn't much space. I definitely agree you don’t need to buy loads of stuff for organizing. you could use shoe box covered in paper and shoe box lids lined with paper as draw organizers. They are much cheaper, great to work out how you want to use a space and for area inside cupboards if you take time to cover them they will look perfectly nice.

With ikea they're give you replacement parts for stuff. You can go to an ikea and ask at the return desk to get one shelf and the pins to hold it up and they'll give you one for free and ship it to you if they don't have it in the store

I have a tiny desk and, utility cart, and small bookcase in a corner of my bedroom as a home office. I do keep vitamins and allergy meds on my desk, so I remember to take them in the morning. I keep hand cream there as well. I'm not a youtuber, so I don't have camera equipment. And I gave my laptop to my daughter, so a tiny desk works for me.

I picked up some pointers from this video especially using the coloured boxes and your display on the shelves above the laptop. I would recommend using a desk pad under the laptop, large enough to hold your coffee cup and mouse. P.S. I loved seeing The Sun and Her Flowers book on display.

go to home depot and have them cut you a " shelf". you can paint it later. The dots in your cabinets are to insert little clips ( that home depot sells too $2) that will support the shelf with those clips.

Hi. I place artificial light (lamps) opposite to natural light (window) to create a balance. Also, for your shelves on top of the PC, placing the bigger frames/items on the higher shelf & the smaller items on the lower shelf creates a visual balance. Different sized items on the same shelf can confuse the eye, you wouldn't know what to look at & nothing stands out. But that's just me 😊
