Not bragging but I’ve been providing this service for years! And I can confirm that my wife goes nuts when I do this. I already use this technique and it's a hit. The classic pattern is to start at nine shallow, one deep, and change the mix, so after ten thrusts, switch to eight shallow, two deep, seven shallow, three deep, etc, down to one shallow, nine deep. And back to the beginning, around and around.

I'll try to keep this short as I can (no pun intended). First, thank you Caitlin! I've used some other techniques that you teach and they work....in the moment. What I mean is that my wife (of 18 years) thoroughly enjoys it at the time. I can tell because she swells inside along with some other body indicators (plus I trust her). However, once the moment is over, she doesn't think about it again until the next "scheduled moment". Scenario: She works Thurs-Sun. Nothing EVER happens those days. Monday is our errand day and she's too worn out to do anything at all that day. Wednesday is the day before she works, NOTHING EVER happens that day. So, Tuesday is the only opportunity, but even that is only a 25% chance. BTW, nothing happens during day time. Only at night before she goes to sleep. I'm fairly sure it has to do with hormone levels since I'm the only one between the two of us that is doing any research on how to increase her sex drive. Personally I could be on my death bed and still want sex. Seriously, I almost died from a ruptured appendix last year and still was ready for sex the day after surgery. So, I'm still in the process the idea that women's arousal don't work like men's. Having said all of that, I am literally at the point where I don't know why I'm trying anymore. I'm too far into the marriage and I love her too much to cheat on her. I am almost looking forward to the time when my sex drive bottoms out and it's not an issue. Oh yeah, on a finishing note, the shallow technique works when you're using your fingers in your girl as well.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I can offer some advice that might help: Unlike men, who can be ready for sex at the drop of a hat, women can take much longer, and other aspects of life play a huge role as well. So- Try to remove as much stress from her life as possible. Step up and take care of things so she doesn’t have to. Pamper her, especially after a tough day. Massages, foot rubs, and bubble baths together go a long way. And most important, you do this purely out of love, with no expectation of sex. Never argue with her, and actively listen to everything she ever tells you. Next, when you get her in bed, TAKE YOUR TIME. Slow touches, soft kisses up and down her body, and do NOT immediately go for nipples and clitoris. Tease her until she begs for it, and then tease her some more. And, learn to eat her out like a god. There are a TON of free resources for this online and on KZbin. It will take some time, but it will be well worth it in the end, if you truly love her. I hope this helps.

In reference to your ‘still’ suggestion. Lately I’ve been utilizing an extremely slow approach. Will stay still for a bit just after partial entry, and let things build up while i stroke/nuzzle around the rest of her body with my fingers, nose, tongue, or even just look into her eyes, and then keggle/pulse in just a little bit more (maybe a 1/4” at a time) and then back to still/distraction for some more time (at least ten seconds), then repeat until I have reached a couple of inches of depth, which may easily take a couple of minutes to accomplish. Then easy withdrawl and repeat starting back at the very entrance. Randomly I add a few full deep hard strokes and then back to extra extra slow. Seems to get her attention focused at each pulse, and helps keep me from getting too excited and ending things too quickly. Taking my time, like this, really helps her build up I think.
