Zatarains Creole Butter Cain Iniector
1 Tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp Natures Seasoning all purpose
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp Cajun/creole seasoning
1/2 cup corn starch
Cajun butter
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Don't believe this. If you fry a turkey wing for 15 mins without baking it or boiling it first, you won't be able to eat it.

Tip for regulating the oil temperature when frying: heat your oil to the desired temp on low to medium heat (best to use a thermometer). That way, when you add the cold meat to the oil and the temp drops, you can crank up the heat to get the oil back up to temp much faster.

Wow wow wow fried turkey money and I even fry the turkey legs I cut all the meat off of it as like you're eating tenders I sauteed and seasoned it and I put it in the flower my seasoning flour let it marinate sit and then fry it fried turkey meat from the leg is on point and then the turkey frying the turkey necks also are on point try it you'll love it it's a wrap best of Mississippi southern cooking God bless you and your family😊
