I can attest that this fryer is as good as this video claims. One thing the video neglects to brag about is how steadily this thing can hold temperature. I can keep throwing food in it over and over again and that needle barely moves. This is a huge deal.

Does it actually keep the crumbs at the bottom and not boiling up and how many times can I cook with the same oil and how long does a 20lb tank usally lasts, how many uses before its empty? Thanks for any help!
