Cajunstyle White Beans & Rice on the houseboat

Boondocking Cajunstyle around the lake. Camping and enjoying the nights. Capt Dee doing her thing of fishing and doing some catching. Tucker Dog not happy about getting dat bath on the houseboat. Stop at a several places around the lake looking for fish or whatever we could find. Cooking on the pit a Pork Loin and cooking up some white beans and rice. Airboat riding enjoying the sites that south Louisiana lakes have to offer. Night riding the back bayous around the lake in the airboat looking for some wildlife. Lots of fish moving and some baby aligators with one big Momma gator chilling on the bank.

We also grew up on having many different types of dried beans and every one was prepared different and every one was good eating. Tucker does not like getting wet, no matter where it's coming from. Thanks for watching and commenting

you goy it made brother trophy wife and catches cat fish love it i catch bullhead up here in ny in spring try to but some up for latter we got lots of perch winter and spring lots of them last year me and my son got in to the white perch filled the freezer well love you guys

@thomas-b6q them cajun ladies are the best. But don't be crossing them, they definitely know how to even up the score. I've been looking for the brim and perch to bait the jug lines. The thick beans are hard to find here, I'll have to look for blue runner brand, in the old days we'd buy cases of grandma browns beans on vacation to bring back.
