Krisabelle Zhao it is definitely a horrible accident. But he is likely well-insured especially for his hands, and doesn’t really need to depend on his piping skills. People will still buy their cakes, his business will continue, and the show will be watched by millions tuning in for updates. Not trying to sound cynical, but in this upside down world, with so much craziness happening, this will not stop him from continuing fairly seamlessly.

I repeated myself so many times to the point where I just took this whole comment down because you guys seem to miss the part where I said that those are me initial thoughts and not my actual opinions. It takes me awhile to comprehend feelings and starting to understand and empathize. Sorry I’m not your jolly molly who can just process emotions ASAP rocky. You guys happy 😃😃??? I really am sorry, I finally realized how rude and insensitive I was at the moment. Especially by the public’s eye. I hate that I can’t process emotions properly and I know guys hate me too for that. It’s really something I can’t help but when I realize what I said I already felt guilty for it. I really am sorry. And getting reminded about being such a terrible human being really doesn’t help me understand anymore than you guys think. My rage clouds my judgment a lot when I’m getting so many notifications against me. So I really am sorry

I had a bad car accident many years ago. My four kids were with me and I was pinned behind the steering wheel with my left foot sticking out through the grill. I also had that feeling of extreme calm. It’s weird to be able to remain calm, talk to everyone around you and just have a sense of peace about it. I hope your surgeries and rehab are successful!

You know, that reminds me. When I was a kid, my dad and I were going to my dad's office for homeschool, but on the way, we encountered a motorcycle accident. My dad proceeded to jump out of the car to help the motorcycle driver, but being a kid at that time, I wasn't allowed to be left alone in the car, so I immediately stopped him and said "Papa, what are you doing?!", to which he stopped short, realizing he couldn't leave me in the car, so he declined helping the motorcycle driver, and when we continued driving, my dad thanked me from stopping him from saving the motorcycle driver in order to not leave me in the car.

SRS As parents age and their health deteriorates and they reach a stage in their life where basically they need care like a baby again ( diapers, being fed, bathed, carried, etc) . Much respect for the people who display gentleness and decency for their aging parents. That’s simply my observation. And you have yourself a very fine evening! ✌️

It wasn't rude. He had to. They were timed and had to move on to the next segment and his boss on his end likely told him to move to the next question. If you watch the news regularly then you'd know this is seen pretty much every news channel on a daily basis.

Buddy’s “old school” baking and piping talents made him famous, around the world, star of his own television series and a VERY wealthy man; including, giving his family, a chance to make money! So I guess his “old school” skills, have served him better, than your newer, modern techniques. Newer and younger, doesn’t always, mean better!!!
@katherinevaladez52273 жыл бұрын
As a retired chef, I cannot imagine my “working” hand being that injured and the prospects, of maybe, not being able to work or create, with that hand again! It has to be devastating, to say the least. This man is famous for his cake creations, for running a family business, for making his family name famous, around the world! He is a modern icon of success, in the US. We all do stupid things at times, without thinking of the consequences. Really look at his son’s face during this entire interview! I think he would benefit from some therapy. He is still traumatized! Buddy’s sons and his brother, will never forget the scene they encountered that day! This tragedy has affected the entire family. How could it not? I hope and pray for Buddy’s complete recovery and that his hand, will be creating masterpieces, once again!
@breezeh11273 жыл бұрын
@@katherinevaladez5227what are you even on about? "Your newer modern techniques" 🤔🤔I'm 41 years old and learned old school piping as well.(not nearly as skilled as Buddy..nor will I ever be) I say very clearly in my post that his "old school" piping is very talented(no insult at all)..and btw "old school", is how he refers to his own piping skills.👍 How about you actually read someones comment before going off on them. 👍I myself was a classically trained pastry chef at the Culinary Institute of the Pacific with a speciality in Asian Pacific cusinse..I truly understand what this injury means and it's why I worry so much about the skills he has not being able to be done by him or carried on. How about you calm down before you post again💕

It’s true that when one is in a situation such as this, calmness takes over so as not to freak-out anyone involved. My son was playing with his cousins and his hand went straight through a glass window. His forearm was shredded in 2 big gashes. When I saw him, my mind was panicking but I didn’t show it because I didn’t want to scare him. I remained calm. He came out with 8 stitches and a gnarly scar. Thank God he was ok.
@WixenWooFromWhoville3 жыл бұрын
My son put a metal broom stick, one end on the couch and the other end on the coffee table and tried to walk on it. ..the stick broke in half and the metal sliced his leg open like a razor blade. I was upstairs putting my daughter to bed in her crib. When I came down to what looked like a horror movie, blood everywhere, my heart stopped...but I stayed so calm, like SUPER calm. I guess even under fear our parent brains will keep us calm. My son was around 6 at the time and was already scared. ..he stayed oddly calm too though, I don't even think he cried (is a blur now lol, he'll be 19 in feb) he ended up with a nasty scar and some stitches...thank god it wasn't worse
