Recipe 1:
Mold measuring approximately 20 x 15 cm / 8 x 6 inches.
Grease with a little butter so that the leaves stick more easily.
120 g cookies.
2.5 cups of yogurt (360 g).
1/2 cup condensed milk.
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence.
1 teaspoon of agar-agar.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Let it cook for 1 minute.
Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Store in the fridge while we prepare the next cream.
4 egg yolks.
1/3 cup condensed milk (80 g).
2 tablespoons cornstarch (30 g)
30 g vanilla sugar
1.5 cups milk (360 ml / 12 fl oz).
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Keep the cake in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
120 g chocolate for melting.
I prefer it black for this cake since we are adding yogurt now.
1/2 cup yogurt (120 g).
Heat in a steam bath or in the microwave on a low setting until the chocolate melts.
Leave the cake in the fridge for about 20 minutes and then it's ready!

Recipe 2:
2 eggs.
Sugar 120 gr / 4 oz.
Vanilla sugar 15 g / 0.5 oz.
Corn starch 60 g / 2 oz.
Milk 500 ml / 17 fl oz.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
Puff pastry 250 gr / 8.8 oz.
18 cm mold.
Bake at 180 °C / 255 °F for 18-20 minutes.
Mascarpone cream cheese 250 gr / 8.8 oz.
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar for decoration.
