Hello Aditi :) appreciate your quick reply :) I let those flowers for drying overnight but it didn't dry, instead it became very sticky. I reside in Mumbai - India. Weather here is too humid as you rightly said. Please let me know what can be done for the fondant to dry. Thanks :)
@Adilicious9 жыл бұрын
+Shwetha Sundararaj Try kneading in some CMC/ Tylose to your fondant before cutting your flowers and try and work in an AC room. Or you can even dry out the flowers in a cardboard box which prevent moisture.

Hi, I just finished watching your video I must say its done with a lot of precision and great tips shared. I have a query, whenever I make cake pops the coating isn't even, I use the cake pop mould so the cakes are little lighter and even in size but Im usually not happy with the outcome of the pops. What do I do?
@Adilicious8 жыл бұрын
+Juwairiya AQ check the consistency of your chocolate it should neither be super flowy nor be clumpy so nicely melt your chocolate and let it cool just slightly and then use it to coat. Hope that helps.
