Amazing. Thanks for sharing ma’am. I have a concern though; due to the nature of my job, most of my trainings have been paid online classes but I still feel I have to attend a physical class to perfect my skill especially cake decorating. My cake recipes are great as I get wonderful reviews from the few customers who have tasted it; I just really need to perfect my cake decorating skills. Do I need to attend a physical class or I shld keep on practicing on a cake dummy for this ma? The physical classes I have been seeing are quite expensive

Hi Theresa, you're most welcome! If you really feel the need, then I would advise you make out time and get a physical class. I understand the peculiarity of your situation and how it won't be so convenient but see it in this light, whatever inconvenience it may cause is just temporary and will pay off in the long run. So, if you feel the need, capital YES because it will help a great deal. Practicing with a dummy is good but cannot be compared to learning from a Pro. Also, due to the rising costs of items and the Pros getting better in their craft or skill level, prices will keep increasing and not the other way round so the earlier the better.

Hmmm I feeling very dirty about my mindset, cause am charging my twin sister 30k for a two tier cake even having an intention to make it 3,which at my level I change 60k. But she feels am not considerate ND am trying to eat her money

Quite dicey and delicate an issue. I would personally advice, to just get the amount you need to get all you need to make the Cake, leave profit-making aside (if you have this in mind) for this. E get why.
