If u need to cake to be so fluffy and spongy beat the egg even more until it fully becomes foam and then add sugar powder (make the sugar into powder) and then add it. And for measuring please use 2ml tonic cap to measure. And for sugar weight 2 spoons 🥄 of sugar will do just convert the 90g into spoon measurement in chat gpt or any other ai or website.
