Ingredients:
Base:
1. chocolate cookies-250 g;
2. butter - 100 g;
The first layer of dark chocolate:
1. gelatin-1.5 tbsp. l;
2. water - 30 ml;
3. bitter chocolate-160 g;
4. cream 33% (hot) - 150 ml;
5. cream 33% (cold) - 150 ml;
6. sugar - 1 tbsp. l;
Second layer of milk chocolate:
1. all the same ingredients as in the first layer of dark chocolate;
Third layer of white chocolate:
1. the same ingredients as in the first two layers;
How to cook:
Base:
1. add the melted butter to the crushed chocolate cookies and mix thoroughly;
2. pour into the mold and tamp;
3. put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes;
The first layer of dark chocolate:
1. pour the gelatin into the water and wait until it swells;
2. add hot cream to the bitter chocolate and mix until the chocolate is completely dissolved;
3. melt the swollen gelatin in the microwave or in a water bath and add to the chocolate;
4. mix thoroughly;
5. whisk the cold cream with sugar for 3 minutes, then add them to the chocolate;
6. mix thoroughly;
7. take out the cookie mold from the refrigerator and pour in the chocolate mixture;
8. put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes;
After 30 minutes, we do the same with milk and white chocolate!
As soon as the layer of white chocolate is poured, we remove the cake in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours
