Okay, when I tried launching the servers with the ordinary MAMP, APACHE instantly stopped running. However, when I started the PRO version (yes I started my trial), everything is working fine. Is this something you encountered maybe?

Hi, I have this error but I cannot find the composer.json Root composer.json requires cakephp/cakephp ~4.1 -> satisfiable by cakephp/cakephp[4.1.0, ..., 4.2.3]. Thank you

What are the advantage of Cakephp 4 when we compare it with Laravel? please guide me.

Well, to be honest not much. There are various sites that compare their performance and stuff like that, but for the vast majority of projects it won't matter which one you choose. They are both answers to the same questions - so just pick whichever you want :) you can't go wrong with either. I just use Cake because that is the one i got introduced to :)

dear instructor , thanks for sharing ur tutorial :) i got this error which i written the bellow i searched to fixing it , they sayed: open php.ini file: remove semicolon before the ;extension=php_intl.dll but my php.ini doesn't have this line , it has this: ;extension=intl - i removed the semicolon - i added the: extension=php_intl.dll but still not working thanks for ur help Fatal error: You must enable the intl extension to use CakePHP. in C:\xampp\htdocs\cms\config equirements.php on line 31

Yeah I remember having that issue myself once - you have to navigate to the RIGHT php.ini file - I remember myself I had several because I had several PHP versions installed - so try and do a global search for your php.ini file, or do a google search for "php enable intl extension" - that will provide lots of detailed resources you can try :)

try to clear you cache, and verify your files are where you expect them on your file system. Check your layout file to see the filepath corresponds to what you expect.

@@JBJProgramming After a review it was due to a V-HOST misconfigured, I just add this portion to my v-host and it worked . Require all granted Options FollowSymLinks AllowOverride All
