I used to imagine a large python slithering into my window whenever I meditate and it kept on repeating even after I told myself it's not possible because I live on the 11th floor. I tried changing the image of the python to a large white bunny...the image stopped after a few times because the bunny's head was too big to enter my window grill. Fear is a liar...the python and rabbit never came back.

It’s “sadhu, sadhu, sadhu!”, which means something like “well done” or “congratulations” in Buddhism. :)
