He may have honor, but part of what made Boba an effective Bounty Hunter was not just his skill, but his tactics and strategy combined with his equipment. Boba is no stranger to using underhanded tactics, and he shouldn't be any stranger to being merciless. Boba will ask for something only once. He will not ask once, let you go sniveling around behind his back, and then ask you again. He asks you once, and if you do not comply, he doesn't ask the second time.

It's so easy to love Boba, his professionalism in everything he does and his cold but honest mannerisms makes all the interactions a pleasure to watch. The sincerity in his contempt for jedi is outweighed only by his standards. A truly respectable villain.

I love how you get the feeling that Boba probably knows that Cal is doing the usual “Read your intentions/emotions” mumbo jumbo, and accurately uses body language that reads “Honestly have no issue with you. But I will fight if you move first” and Cal, being smart, probably knows all about Boba and his reputation with being a fighter, and decides to make a potential ally, rather than an enemy, and Boba…likely perplexed, but happy that he doesn’t have to fight over his target *again*… but you *know* Boba’s gonna be keeping an eye on Cal after this 😄

It wasn't just that but cal also never really directed any hostility towards him. During the standoff he was a in a ready stance focusing towards cage and didn't even flicker his eyes towards Boba, after cage was captured he entered another defensive stance but it wasn't one of hostility but one of readiness from the surprise and fast action but quickly relaxed. Very good body language acting by Cal's actor

Its weird how nobody is pointing out how Dee Bradley Baker voiced the clones in the first game during the order 66 flashback while now we have Temuera Morrison voicing boba in the 2nd as his character, don't think we've seen the 2 VA's contribute to the same game before with their clone voices. Dee Bradley Baker is iconic for the clones in games and animated TV shows. Temuera Morrison is better for doing live-action clones and is well-known for voicing Jango Fett and Boba Fett. If he didn't voice Boba Fett, it may be more disappointing to fans especially due to not appearing in Mandalorian Season 3.

Also I know Morisson is in his 60’s, but he’s portraying a 40 year old, so that’s the depiction of Boba during his 40’s we have to go off of. Me calling him tubby is an observational fact. If you take one look at Boba during BOBF, no rational person would think that he’s in his prime. Men physically peak in their 20’s, because their muscles are the strongest at around age 25. And while their muscles stay this way for the next 10-15 years, the younger you are the more energy you typically have. Also I’m 6ft 160, but even if I was in worse shape, which I’m not, that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be able to recognize when someone’s in their prime.

Reminds me of the Clone Wars scene when Cad Bane meets Obi-Wan and Quinlin when they were all chasing Ziro and suggests they all go their separate ways since Ziro was dead and none of them had any beef at that particular moment

@@jeatog_ Its revisionist garbage, not only did they completely destroy his character in that show but gave him a horrible story, completely inferior to his EU story, they also made him far older than he is supposed to be in canon in BOBF (early 40s not Temueras current age of 60, they even had characters calling him old man in the show), they also made him shorter ( canon Boba is 6 feet tall like the clones, but that hack Jon Favreau was too lazy to make Temuera wear lifts and instead shrunk his armor to the actors irl height of 5'8.

I love that they got Temuera Morrison to do the voice. However, Boba Fett is supposed to be like 25 years old here. Temuara is and sounds like a 60 year old man. I think in this case it would've been a better choice to get Dee Bradley Baker, who despite also being 60, can actually pull off a younger-sounding voice.

Temuera always sounded older. You only need to check out his other work from years ago to see that. He's always had a gruff mature voice. A lot of Maori blokes do. Also, I really don't agree with your comment. Jason Wingreen was also in his 60's voicing Boba when he was like 30. Dee Bradley Baker is also 60 and does not sound young, he also sounds mature, especially Rex and Hunter in Bad Batch and the clones he is voicing are also in their 20's physically. So you can kinda see Boba has always had older guys voicing him. In no way is it the same as say Freddie prince jr voicing a young teenage Kanan. This fandom always finds something to bitch about, if it were Logan voicing people would be bitching his voice still sounds high pitched and not manly enough. If the character was meant to be a teenager I'd agree with you, but 20's is in fact an ADULT and some blokes can in fact sound more mature.

Kinda wish Cal mentioned his voice sounding like a clone, but then again, since its temeura and not bakers, technology i would not make sense, but then again, Cal would have at least think to himself that he sounded familiar.
