California’s mutual aid system is known for being the best in the country, if not the world. But what exactly does mutual aid mean and how does it work? We go behind the scenes to get answers in this week’s edition of Inside Look. And, it's important to point out that California may have the biggest and most unique system, mutual aid systems are in use at agencies across the country.
