Another nice property. For me the the front and back gardens are a definite plus. Then, of course, there's the view. Geeeez! I also like the tile on the second floor; it's very distinctive. It seemed cool inside, probably from the shade provided by the shutters. (I didn't see any AC.) I agree about tiling the external walls. Good job, Chris!

The price points in Calabria seem wildly inconsistent for value. No BPOs in Italy; which means we have to come in person and make a wildly wonderful game

There are BPOs but sometimes they are not followed. Plus from what I have seen the prices are not always set based on comps in the area. It is only recently that real estate has really started selling again. There is no substitute for being here. The search while you are here and experiencing the area is the bets part!
