Belvedere Marritimo is capturing my interest in a big way. I really like this builder and pay attention to things like the energy rating. It seems to be very important to manage and minimize electricity usage in Italy. Do you know if this is 3kwh wired or if it has or could have the 6kwh upgrade?

Hi Maya, I believe it can use 6kwh. We upped both our older BNB's to 6Kwh as well as our house so I think most places can do that. With the builder I would be very surprised if he has not set that up. He has such attention to detail.

I love this condo! How convenient in every way. Is it walkable to the beach, cafes, shopping? Are there monthly fees? Did the builder build the entire building or did he only remodel the one condo?

Hi Ana Maria, We estimate it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and slightly shorter to the shops. It is my understanding that he renovated the entire building. His office is next door. There are no condo fees.
