CALAX Update as of January 2025 - Including CCLINK and Cavitex C5 Link Expressway

Welcome to our January 2025 CALAX update video! As the new year began, we decided to provide this update towards the end of the month to capture more developments.
Earlier this month, we shared an update on the completion of the girder installation for Interchange Bridge 3. Now, we’re excited to showcase the progress of the alignment in Subsection 3, including updates on CCLink and Cavitex C5 Link Expressway Segment 3b.
Did you know? Once completed, the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) will significantly reduce travel time between the cities in Cavite and Laguna. This means faster, more convenient journeys for commuters and travelers alike, boosting connectivity and economic activity in the region.

9:21, contractor doing good work using Wirtgen SP64 for concrete paving. This is German technology that built the Autobahn. Saw also black laydown of CTB on the latter portion with Vogele S1600, Hamm HD110, and HP180-12. Great equipment.

Mukhang malabo matupad yung pahayag ng MPT na magbubukas ang Governor's Drive interchange ng CALAX sa darating na katapusan ng 1st quarter ng 2025 sa nakikitang progress ng construction nito ngayon.🙄🙄🙄

Hindi ibig sabihin may sasakyan ka ikakabit mo na ang salitang mayayaman. Mali na mentality yun. Saka hindi lang naman iilan makikinabang sa mga ganitong proyekto. Mapapabilis ang transport of goods and services. Ang pagbabayad ng toll fee ay para sa maintenance at expenses ng toll operator, kumuha ng namumuhunan ang gobyerno at kailangan mabawi ng namuhunan ang mga gastos sa pag tayo. Di naman hahantong sa ganito kung gobyerno mismo ang magtatayo.
