You can make a copy of this sheet from here docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hxd7GKatIbHssYlOdMXGCqwxQOKWGNg5g6Je2AWcOfM/edit?usp=sharing. Yes we can add the monthly and weekly RSI values. For weekly, we have to calculate the average gain and average loss for every week and then calculate the RSI. In this video what we have done is daily, which has to be changed to weekly. Similarly we can do for monthly too

For historical RSI, what we have to do is to take Daily RSI in batches like For Today's RSI calculate the Relative Strength for last 100 days and then for Yesterday's RSI we have to calculate the Relative Strength for last 100 days but from yesterday data and so on. Let me know if you understood or would like me to enhance it in the sheet.

I have created a new sheet "Historical RSI" in the docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qRTlEWz9v0HHkOTgDO_9BdmywakPKdM21wjsCjm-QxU/edit?gid=517662548#gid=517662548 with data of 25 years. You can refer that, I am getting the data from last 25 years i.e. from 1/1/1999 of SBI and then calculating the RSI. Let me know if it works for you.
