That depends on what they're carrying :) I suggest watching the rest of my genetics series and doing the punnetts yourself; you'll have more creative control & a more accurate result. The episodes you may want to watch specifically are the Black/Choc/Cinnamon episode, the Ginger/Red/Tortie episode, and the Agouti/Tabby Complex episode. Good luck!!

I'm 20 seconds in and I immediately have a complaint (this happens almost every day, tho it doesn't bug me TOO much, I just like informing people) kids is exclusive to human and goat younglings. for cats, use kits or kittens, though kits is almost never used outside of warrior cats. If you want something that works for any species, use children. this was very useful tho thank u I somehow didn't figure it out myself

haha no I'll use kids for the offspring of literally any species bc it's easy to say and hurts no one to use

@@littlehungrywarrior ok, but you should still keep this info in the back of your mind. Everyone still understands what you mean, so it's fine, but might help in some trivia and is just generally good to know the correct word :) I sometimes mispronounce/misspell words on purpose to make it faster or more fun, which in my opinion is acceptable if you do know the real version. So I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't let you do this.

@@GoldenKitty9 I appreciate the attempt at kind words? you're telling a full-grown man with a degree in evolution & specialization in domestication who's been studying cats for at minimum long enough to make this series the word "kitten" as if it's a brand-new word I've never heard before that will change my life. I need you to just think about that for a second. EDIT: there's a fine line between helpful & condescending. It's hard to find at your age, but I'm glad that you're at least *trying* to approach from a helpful pov. you'll find the line with practice & time.

@@littlehungrywarrior I mean the difference between "child" and "kid". Many adult people go most if not all of their lives thinking both of them are human exclusive, or both are for all species, or even that kid is for all species but child is human only. Also how tf am I supposed to know what you do and don't I'm not from this planet I don't know your education system I have very weird sets of knowledge where in some areas I know intermediate or even high level stuff but I haven't even heard of the basics.

@@GoldenKitty9 you don't need to know anything about my local educational system to assume that someone who makes educational content about cats knows a word most people learn age 2 lol again, I see what you're TRYING to do, and I appreciate the effort in theory, but you really need to work on how you approach things like this if you expect to be taken seriously as a helper & not come off as annoyingly condescending.
