I love your delivery. Really clear. Also, your intonation and your choice of emphasis is brilliant: you shepherd and guide attentiont through the ideas. And you share 'enjoying maths' with such delight and compassion, making it exciting and inviting for students - the mark of a true teacher.

You know you have a passionate math professor when he uses his hands to erase the board. I'm taking calc 3 next semester and your tips on studying really helped. Thanks for the videos :)

Used my money to buy both the precalculus and calculus book by Steward. No 80 euros left to buy the full udemy course. But its amazing to have this on youtube. Helps out a ton

I had a real moment of humanity when you shared learning m for the time lol. It reminded me that people who are this good at math have to start somewhere, and are real people too haha. I liked when you included the Latin of a secant line. God, I hope these videos help because I am losing momentum in this class, going down fast. Yikes.

At 23:30 ish why do we multiply by reciprocal? rationalizing the numerator?
@joeanderson20242 жыл бұрын
Cause you divide by h. Dividing is the same as multiplying by the reciprocal. Easier example is 2/2=1 is the same as 2* 1/2=1
