Hello Priyanka! It's always so lovely to hear from you! 😀 Caldas da Rainha is very family friendly, and it's such a lovely place as well. I'm so pleased you enjoyed the blooper and the wine review... we've filmed so many wine reviews but they're just sitting on one of my 3 hard drives, and I don't know when or how to incorporate them into videos from different places 🤔 It's something I want to share more of though, as Portuguese wine is brilliant and is such incredible value! We hope you enjoy tomorrow's video as it's a slightly different format to normal, and I'd love your feedback 🙏 ~ Mandy 😀😁

Olá Mandy & Lee. That museum was amazing. Especially that terrific film & camera exhibit. How wonderful they let you film after all. Not surprised though, typical Portuguese hospitality. I must go! I found a terrific free museum in Lisboa, Museu da Guarda Nacional Republicana, right beside the Carmo Convent. Very interesting! When I was driving up the coast of West Alentejo, (early December 2016), I was shocked to see a cyclist on the windy, narrow and at times harrowing-mountainous roadway. I was even more shocked when there was another cyclist and another. Before I knew it I was passing packs of cyclists. I couldn't believe my eyes. I thought, how crazy and cool is this... and how terrifying! They ride so close to each other and the curves on steep mountains. Eek! I won't lie, I was freaking out a bit (and thoroughly aware of the adventure I found myself in the middle of!). I passed hundreds and hundreds of people on bikes. Now, I know where to go to learn more about it! Volta a Portugal. Obrigada ~

Hello Jen! Thank you for your lovely comment... how terrifying your experience sounded on the winding mountain roads, but also how fascinating to encounter so many hardcore cyclists! Thanks for the great suggestion about the GNR museum in Lisbon. We'd never heard of it but will add it to our list for future visits.
