I put my albondigas in the slow cooker and they fell apart 😭 I was trying to find another way to make it because my only big pot was already being used 🤦♀️. Now I'm going to drain it and make a shepherd's pie 🤷♀️

I just made this and I added a surprise inside some of the meatballs. I boiled eggs and wrapped some of them with the meat mixture. So when you take a bite their is egg inside. Learned that from a friend. Love this recipe Claudia🥰

I just made this for Christmas Eve dinner and let me tell you, this recipe is fire!!! I didn't have the tomato knorr so I had to substitute it with a table spoon of tomato paste, and I used cilantro instead of mint. Other than that, y'all don't sleep on this recipe. I will be making this again! 👌

Omg This is a best albindiga soup I have ever had. I’ve already use this recipe multiple times since I saw this video. Since I can no longer eat red meat I substituted ground turkey for the meatballs. It taste so good.

Made this today, it was great. The chipotle gives it a good kick but it's not overly spicy either. My 10 and 11 year old ate it like nothing. I added some corn, potatoes, carrots, celery, and squash. Great way to get our veggies.

Thank the Good Lord I came across this video. I needed a meatball recipe asap. I tried a diff recipe long ago. It did not come out good. Suffice to day My cooking skills have developed since and today was a win. Didnt have chipotle so added jalapeno. Only 1 lb of meat balls so adjusted according. No mint used cilantro.
