THIS is the interviewee I've been trying to find. One of the main reasons I'm getting into programming is the disconnect between the programs (not blaming the Programmers) and the needs of the end users. Hey fam, I hope that you and your loved ones are well. I would like to ask you the most important question ever asked: Who is Jesus? Not who is He to you. Rather, who is He really? The problem is as I spoke to couple of software developers they refused to signed the NDA and wanted to takeover the idea in 5 years! I have limited IT knowledge and have been stuck. I think the smartest way to grow these days, is to first hire a freelancer for specific tasks. Then communicate with them to assess their ability during the process and if you think they could be a valuable team member offer them a semi-permanent contractual employee. You will burn through cash but you will not depreciate your equity.
